What Happens When You Visit Kaizen Brain Center?

The team at Kaizen Brain Center has developed a comprehensive process designed to accurately diagnose your issues and begin treatment.

The Kaizen Process:

Patient History

We start by taking a detailed medical history, focusing on your brain issues.

Family Input

Next, we talk to your family, who provide vital supporting information that aids in diagnosis and planning.

Diagnostic Evaluations

The clinical evaluation helps determine the need for further diagnostic evaluations, including neuropsychological testing, an advanced MRI read by a neuroradiologist, blood workup, and a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) analysis.

Once we collect patient history and diagnostics, our team meets to discuss your test results and history to determine treatment options that best meet your needs.

Patient Review

Next, our team meets with you to discuss your customized treatment plan.

Of course, your personalized care does not end there. Kaizen provides each patient with a dedicated Care Coordinator, who works with you through each step of your treatment. Your Care Coordinator assists you with scheduling, provides appointment reminders, and assists you with various administrative tasks, such as completing FMLA paperwork.

Getting a Second Opinion

At Kaizen Brain Center, we offer a second opinion without you having to undergo a full evaluation. All you need to do is send us your medical records. Our team of specialists reviews your treatment to date and then meets to discuss your case from every angle. This level of collaboration is what sets Kaizen Brain Center apart. Finally, we provide you our feedback and preliminary recommendations based on our review of your records. Our goal is to provide you clarity about your condition, hope for the future, and to get you started on the road to recovery.
