THE KAIZEN MODEL

Kaizen’s process for clinical care includes four components: Comprehensive Evaluation, Program Placement, Treatment, and Long-Term Follow-Up Care.

COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION

Brain injuries and memory disorders are highly variable, so our specialists consider each patient from several perspectives (neuropsychiatry, neurology, and neuropsychology) to make thorough and accurate diagnoses.

All our providers have advanced training and in-depth experience in brain health care so they can avoid common misdiagnoses of complex disorders. Based on assessment results, patients are placed in one of our four specialized programs.
